What you need to know before you register
Due to current social distancing regulations in Northern Ireland and to enable the UGI Congress to take place this year, the Congress can only accept a limited number of face to face delegates and registration places for attending the meeting in Belfast will be limited and on a first come first served basis. To ensure that we abide by social distancing regulations, we will be closing the face to face registration option on the 10 September. However do not worry if you are not able to attend in person or cannot commit to register by that date as there will be full virtual version meeting available and we hope these two options offer our members flexibility and choice.
The registration fee for both face to face and virtual registration is the same. Face to face registration will only be available up to the 10 September 2021.
If the situation changes and a face to face meeting is not possible, then all face to face registrants will be moved to virtual registration and will attend the meeting as a virtual delegate. We will only refund Face to Face Delegates their registration fees in exceptional circumstances.
Important: Please ensure that you find out the cancellation policy for any accommodation or travel before booking, to check what the refund policy is in the event of the face to face meeting being cancelled due to Covid or Government guidelines and/or regulations. UGI Congress cannot be responsible for any fees relating to travel and/or accommodation, paid out by delegates to attend the conference in Belfast.
Please note that if you register as a Virtual delegate, you will not be able to attend Face to Face Meeting and we will not be able to permit entrance to meeting venue if you do not have Face to Face Meeting Registration.
